Strong dust development during concrete refurbishment belongs to the past – thanks to the new Velco GUNMIX® moistening system.
Less dust and rebound are of prime importance especially during indoor gunning. This could be successfully demonstrated on a site in Düsseldorf/Germany by use of the patented GUNMIX® moistening system designed by Velco. Here, a single-component mineral dry gunning concrete is applied on a previously sand-blasted concrete ceiling to re-establish the fire resistance. The two pictures “before” and “ after” show impressively the hardly existing generation of dust. A gunning machine ROTAMAT 25 f/l with integrated GUNMIX® moistening system has been used for this application.
