RH-Gunning manipulators
The work loading of a gunning operator is considerably reduced by the use of gunning manipulator. The operator is no longer exposed to the radiation heat. The gunning material can be applied more targeted and the inside gunning of a snorkel is possible only by using a gunning manipulator. The gunning manipulator is placed on a service car and is driven under the snorkel. Depending on the design it is provided with 1 or 2 gunning lances.
TR 54 - One lance
- Operation via cable or radio remote control with remote adjustment for water and automatic gunning programs
- Drive via frequency-controlled electric motors
- Adaptation of the lance stroke in accordance with customer’s demands
- Camera system for inspection of snorkel and bottom of aggregate
- Adjustable gunning capacities between 20 and 40 kg/min.
- Combination with rotor or pressure vessel gunning machine is possible
- Solid execution with housing as protection against dirt and slag spillings
TR 54 - Two lances
- Separate or simultaneous inside and outside gunning of hot or cold snorkels
- Operation via cable or radio remote control with remote adjustment for water and automatic gunning programs
- Drive via frequency-controlled electric motors
- Adaptations of the lance strokes for the inside and outside gunning in accordance with customer’s demands
- Camera system for inspection of snorkel and bottom of aggregate
- Adjustable gunning capacities between 20 and 40 kg/min.
- Combination with rotor or pressure vessel gunning machine is possible
Camera system
The use of a water-cooled camera allows the inside inspection, documentation of condition and targeted repair of the snorkels in hot condition. The operator can choose from automatic gunning programs or move the lance via radio control.
